On January 12, 2024. In Mostar, a round table was held on the subject of Reforms in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
As part of the BFE Business Friendly Environment project, which is implemented in the countries of the Western Balkans, each of the countries made an analysis of the reforms that were adopted and proved to be successful and contributed to a favorable business environment.
For the FBiH area, the partner in this project is the Association for Economic Development REDAH.
The round table was organized by REDAH in cooperation with the Association of Entrepreneurs of Herzegovina.
The round table was attended by representatives of the FBiH Chamber of Commerce, the Federal Ministry of Education and Science, the Federal Ministry of Development, Entrepreneurship and Crafts, the Association of Entrepreneurs of Herzegovina, the Wood Cluster of Herzegovina, representatives of the private sector, and representatives of NALED from Serbia.
Taking into account the situation in the FBiH and the possibility of replicating and applying the reforms in the FBiH, relevant reforms adopted in other economies were presented at the round table, and a discussion was held on the proposed reforms, from which 1-3 reforms that can significantly contribute will be selected. more favorable business environment in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The activity is part of the project Establishing business Friendly Environment Platform in WB6.
The project will use these potentials, and above all the need for closer cooperation between the economies of the Western Balkans, as well as examples of good practice realized within the BFC SEE Network.
