The project "Training for Employment in the Tourism and Hospitality Sector in Herzegovina" offers exactly that: free training programs for professions such as chef, waiter, and housekeeper, giving you the opportunity to enter a job market that offers career development and employment in a sector that is constantly evolving and offering better working conditions.
The labor market is called a "market" for a reason, and through these training programs, you have the chance to acquire knowledge and skills that you can successfully sell in that market!

Certified education programs offer rich content!
Participants in the CHEF training program will, upon successful completion of the course, acquire basic skills in food preparation and presentation. They will also be capable of creating unique Mediterranean and vegetarian cuisine offerings, as well as learning how to make sauces, salads and desserts – with the right knowledge, your creativity knows no bounds!
Participants in the WAITER training program will have the opportunity to learn the difference between serving indoors and on a terrace, how to properly serve cheeses, mix drinks, present and serve multi-course meals, the secrets of business communication in hospitality and much more!
Participants in the HOUSEKEEPER training program will, through training for the professional execution of housekeeping tasks, gain knowledge and skills in the proper organization of cleanliness and order maintenance, familiarize themselves with professional equipment and working tools, learn the basics of work organization and acquire teamwork skills!
The Municipality of Neum, Municipality of Ravno, City of Stolac, Employment Service of HNC-HNK, Hotel Villa Nova d.o.o. Neum, Stolac High School, Neum High School and the Association for Economic Development REDAH Mostar invite all interested individuals who want to train and improve their skills for the professions of chef, waiter and housekeeper to apply for participation in the free training program. The training program is being implemented by partners within the project "Training for Employment in the Tourism and Hospitality Sector in Herzegovina". The project is one of 26 local initiatives under the European Union Support to Local Partnerships for Employment – Phase II intervention, funded by the European Union and implemented by the International Labour Organization.
