Ranking list of Digital Marketing Specialist training participants

The Association for Economic Development REDAH publishes the ranking list of 15 participants of the first training cycle for digital marketing specialist.

Training for a digital marketing specialist begins on Wednesday, November 23, 2022., from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., in the premises of the IT odjel d.o.o. at Kneza Branimira 2b, Mostar.

Applications for vocational training were received based on a public call for participation in the training program for the following professions: digital marketing specialist, QA (Quality Assurance) tester and wordpress developer.

The public call was published on October 13, 2022, and the deadline for submitting applications was October 28, 2022. at 15:00 h.

The method of application was electronic, that is, candidates applied via an online google form.

Criteria for the selection of participants included:

  1. social criteria, where one point is provided for each category:


-young people up to 30 years old,

-disabled people,


  1. Technical criteria, where scoring is from 1 to 5 for each category:

-Knowledge of computer work,

-Knowledge of the English language,

- Previous experience,

-Knowledge of programming languages.


Candidates were required, in addition to their personal data, to submit the following documents:

  • Proof of residence
  • Document on belonging to a national minority (if applicable)
  • Certificate of disability (if applicable)
  • Evidence – confirmation of unemployment status on the records of employment services from Herzegovina.

The commission made up of representatives of the project partners carried out an administrative check of the received applications and concluded that a total of 98 applications were received within the stipulated period.

After reviewing the applications, the commission decided that a total of 75 candidates met the administrative requirements, of which:

-21 candidates for digital marketing specialist training

-36 candidates for QA tester training

-18 candidates for wordpress developer training.

All candidates who met the criteria of the administrative check were informed about the date of the interview for the final selection of participants.

After the interviews that were held on 10, 11 and 15 November. 2022, the commission compiled a ranking list of candidates who will be invited to the training, and the participants will be sent a notification about the date of the training.

Association for economic development REDAH, together with partners: City of Mostar, University of Mostar, company IT odjel d.o.o. Mostar and the Employment Service HNŽ-HNK, is implementing a project that will last 21 months, the total value of which is 400,182 KM, of which the amount of EU grant funds is 312,932 KM.

The goal of the project is to create and establish a model of certification and organization of training for the IT sector, which, with its approach, activities and implementation of active employment measures, will create more favorable conditions for direct employment and reduction of unemployment of young people in the area of Mostar and Herzegovina.

The project is implemented within the framework of the program "Support of the European Union to local partnerships for employment Phase II" financed by the European Union and implemented by the International Labor Organization.
