A workshop on identifying key roles
of Regional Development Agencies in B&H in development of small and medium
enterprises from Bosnia and Herzegovina was held in Sarajevo, on Thursday March 17, 2007. The workshop was attended by the
directors of the five development agencies from Bosnia and Herzegovina, SERDA,
REZ RDA, NERDA, ARDA and REDAH and the representatives of EU TAC and EU RED
projects as well as representatives of the Delegation of the European
Commission to Bosnia and Herzegovina, which supports the actions of the
Regional Development Agencies and finances the EU TAC and EU RED projects.
The representatives discussed, among
other things, the current activities of the Regional Development Agencies as
well as activities planned in this project. The objective of these activities
is to support the development of small and medium enterprises in Bosnia and Herzegovina and contribute to
creation of better business environment and future plans with a view of
increasing the total efficiency of these initiatives and activities.
The next workshop is scheduled for March 27, 2007.
