The first part of the training "Start and Improve Your Business" has been completed. This training is implemented within the project "Training for Employment in the Tourism and Hospitality Sector in Herzegovina" by partner organizations: Municipality of Neum, Municipality of Ravno, City of Stolac, Employment Service of HNC-HNK, Hotel Villa Nova d.o.o. Neum, Stolac High School, Neum High School and the Association for Economic Development REDAH Mostar.
The "Start and Improve Your Business" (SIYB) training was conducted according to the methodology of the International Labour Organization (ILO), lasted six days and was held under the guidance of Irma Dedić, professor at the Faculty of Economics, University of Mostar and a certified trainer for the SIYB methodology, who was the main lecturer and mentor throughout the training.

Today, in addition to the lecturer, a representative of the Association for Economic Development REDAH was also present, and the time was used to answer participants' questions.
Discussions were held on key topics such as business registration procedures, market competition assessment and participants received valuable advice regarding their future businesses and business ideas.
Mentors shared their extensive experience, providing useful guidelines that will help in the further development of their business plans.
The training was interactive with many useful tips for future entrepreneurs!
After the completion of the training, the mentorship period and the development of business plans will begin. Commissions will evaluate the ideas and up to 10 of the best business plans from two groups will be selected for financial and advisory support for business establishment and development.
