The second round of workshops on developing strategies for non-governmental organizations was completed in Mostar

On Friday, August 26, 2022, the second round of workshops for developing development and sustainability strategies was completed with a workshop at the non-governmental association Altruist from Mostar. The workshop was held as part of the ENVISION project implemented by Save The Children, which supports six non-governmental organizations dealing with socially disadvantaged persons, children's rights, Roma rights, etc. Redah's team continued to work on developing strategies for the sustainability of reception centers for non-governmental organizations from Bosnia. and Herzegovina and Montenegro, and from Wednesday to Friday at special workshops, which included members of the governing bodies, employees and volunteers from Defendologija from Nikšić, the Center for Children's Rights of Montenegro from Podgorica and Altruist from Mostar

The focus of these workshops was strategic focusing and defining strategic goals, priorities, measures and activities. The workshop was interactive with the active participation of those present, it was based on previously collected and analyzed information from the questionnaire, communication with organizations between the two workshops, SWOT analysis, and in conversation with workshop participants. The workshops were very interactive, with very useful discussions, exchange of information and proposals for the operational plan.

In the end, we agreed on which duties and tasks should be completed by the next workshop, and at the same time agreed on the methods and intensity of communication between the coordinators from these organizations and Redah's team.
